The Stag Do!!

So - reason I've not been updating this so regularly is because we've been planning our wedding! The venue is in Waiuku, New Zealand...we spent a lot of time finding the venue, but seriously underestimated the whole planning process - trying to find a cake maker, photographer, venue, etc, etc when you're halfway around the worls is not easy!

Today was my Stag Do - we went rage buggying at a place near Rugeley. It was absolutely brilliant...they feel really fast and incredible fun. I came third (I think)...!

Today I took delivery of my new BMW - a 320D in Black...very fast!!

We had quite a bit of snow over the Xmas period...dogs loved it!

Lady Gaga at the O2. A little disappointing if I'm honest...the show was OK but nothing special. The best part was eating at Gauco's beforehand!

Teppanyaki!!

For R's birthday, J & R came down to London to spend the weekend with us. We went out into London for some Teppanyaki at Benihana's. Was really good. Excellent food and great entertainment...

Roses and things

The theme for our wedding (more on this later) is red roses. We saw these in Selfridges and they are exactly the colour we want. Lets hope we can ensure the flower lady in NZ can match them.

The orange rose is one called Simply The Best and represents my grandfather - it was his saying. The amazing thing about this rose is its hardiness - look at the weather around it!

Not much to say today...

Bit of a boring day today. We went out this morning to see customers which was pretty productive, however we'd finished by dinnertime. Another huge meal (Mexican today) and then back to the hotel.

Yesterday was a quiet one as well. Spent a bit of time in the gym, then had a dip in the pool, followed by a meal in Chilis - yet another burger! Actually got quite interested in the American football as well!

Only got three more getups and then it's home!
